How do I place an order?
Add the pieces you like to your bag, tap “Order on WhatsApp”, fill in your name and address, then tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your order already written — just press send. We’ll reply to confirm.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no accounts or passwords. Your details are only used for your order, and you can choose to have this device remember them for next time.
How do I pay?
By UK bank transfer. Once we’ve confirmed your order on WhatsApp, you pay using your order reference so we can match your payment. Because we don’t pay card fees, we can keep our prices lower.
Is paying by bank transfer safe?
Yes — as long as you only pay to the account details shown on our website or sent from our own WhatsApp number. We will never ask for your card details or online banking login, and we will never ask you to pay into a different account.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95 (2–3 working days after dispatch). Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.95 (1–2 working days after dispatch). Collect in person: free (Free — we’ll arrange a time with you on WhatsApp). UK delivery is free when you spend £75 or more. Orders are carefully packed and posted within 1–2 working days of payment.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Outside the UK? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote delivery to your country.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — choose “Collect in person” when you send your order. Free — we’ll arrange a time with you on WhatsApp
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they haven’t been worn.
Can I see more photos or a video of a piece?
Of course. Tap “Ask a question about this piece” on any product page and we’ll send you more photos or a short video on WhatsApp.
Can you help me match jewellery to my outfit?
Yes, we love doing this. Send us a photo of your outfit on WhatsApp with your budget and the date of your event, and we’ll suggest pieces that go with it.
How do I find my bangle size?
Our size guide shows how to measure your hand at home and which size to choose. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger one — or message us and we’ll help.
How should I look after my jewellery?
Keep it dry, away from perfume and hairspray, and store each piece separately in its box or a soft pouch. Our jewellery care guide has more tips.
An item says “sold out”. Will it come back?
Often, yes. Tap “Ask about a restock” on the product page and we’ll let you know on WhatsApp when it’s back, or suggest something similar.
