You don’t need an account or a password. You choose your pieces here, then send your order to us on WhatsApp — a real person looks after it from there.
How it works
Three simple steps
Step 1: Choose your pieces
Add the jewellery you love to your bag. No account or password needed.
Step 2: Send your order on WhatsApp
Add your name and address and we’ll write the message for you — just press send.
Step 3: Pay by bank transfer
We reply to confirm your pieces are ready, then you pay by UK bank transfer and we post your order.
Step by step
- Find a piece you love. Browse the shop or use the search — you can type in your own words, like “red jhumka” or “something for mehndi under £40”.
- Tap “Add to bag”. If the piece comes in sizes (like bangles), choose your size first. Add as many pieces as you like.
- Open your bag and tap “Order on WhatsApp”. Fill in your name, phone number and address. We remember them on your device for next time.
- Check your message and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your order already written. Just press the send button.
- We reply on WhatsApp to confirm everything is ready and send you the total.
- Pay by bank transfer using your order reference (it looks like RH-7K3F9Q). Your bank app will ask for a reference — type it there so we can match your payment.
- We post your order with tracking. Orders are carefully packed and posted within 1–2 working days of payment.
Why WhatsApp and bank transfer?
Card payment companies charge fees on every order. Taking payment by bank transfer keeps our prices lower — and ordering on WhatsApp means you can ask questions, see extra photos or videos, and talk to a real person before you pay.
Staying safe
- We will never ask for your card details or bank login.
- Only pay to the account details shown on our website or sent from our WhatsApp number (07467 282537).
- If anything looks different, message us before paying.
Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95 (free when you spend £75 or more). 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.95. 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Collect in person — free. Free — we’ll arrange a time with you on WhatsApp.
Outside the UK? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote delivery to your country.
